I’m not sure if my taste is different than most but I have to disagree with the taste being so horrible. I mix a scoop with about 5oz of vanilla almond milk, sweeten or unsweetened, a couple of frozen strawberries, and a couple of pieces of banana and it actually doesn’t taste bad at all. It’s not delicious, but it’s more than bearable. I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks and a day and it seems to be working. I can see a noticeable difference in my body.

I’m excited to see the results of using this. I got the mocha and it’s of course bitter but I’m willing to guess the other flavors are worse. It’s got that theraflu aftertaste lol. Okay by me! I’m mixing it in my coffee. It’s not a protein shake w a bunch of calories and sweetener so it’s not gonna taste like a damn milkshake.

ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT BUY!!! The mocha is AWFUL. I have been really excited about trying this brand of SUPPLEMENTS and finally just spent the money. I bought the container of amino acids (powder-mocha) and the multivitamin this week and received it yesterday (November 25). I love coffee and all things coffee and so this seemed like a good choice. I put one scoop into 12 to 15 ounces of water shook it up and took a drink. I literally gasped, it felt like I just took a shot of rubbing alcohol. I did not get the mocha flavor at all! It’s awful! It taste horrible and it smells horrible. My mouth was burning. Is this normal??? I added more water thinking it would improve but it made it worse. Yes, I took another drink! I was deeply disappointed, I wanted this supplement to be a fave. My husband came home from work and went to greet me with a kiss and it took his breath away! He immediately informed me my breath smelled horrible. He couldn’t even kiss me, he barely hugged me because even when I talked it smelled bad. I explained it was that drink. It lingered on my breath for hours. I ended up dumping it down the drain. This stuff is not consumable! Do not buy!! I attempted to return for an unflavored but my return was declined. Are you serious?!?!?! This stuff is expensive! I hate that I have been pondering purchasing for months, finally do, and then lose $40.00!! I am so frustrated.

I purchased the mocha flavored aminos to mix with my morning coffee. This could be a great product -- it's made with clean ingredients and dissolves easily in hot drinks, BUT the taste is terrible. Wayyyyy tooooo much stevia -- in fact, stevia is only "flavor" here, instead of "mocha". No way this product passed a taste test in R&D. I tried increasing fluid ounces to powder ratio and it just tasted like I dumped too much stevia in my coffee. If you love a heavy stevia aftertaste, this is your product. Even though I'm very disappointed, I may try the unflavored amino option IF it excludes stevia; otherwise, I'm moving away from the entire product line.

I love this in my coffee. It gives it a great mocha flavor. It dissolves smoothly. I work out in the mornings and having this added to my coffee post work out has been a game changer. My recovery seems so much better. I am considering trying other flavors for afternoon workouts. The quality and the research behind the absorption of this product is superior to many other similar supplements on the market. I have purchased this on repeat despite the cost being a little high in my opinion. I can feel it in my recovery when I do not take this, so it is worth it to me to splurge given its effectiveness.

These EAA's do what they are advertised to do... increase protein intake and help build muscle. This brand is sweetened with stevia and monk fruit, and although I have a sweet tooth, I found this product just too, too sweet. EAA's are bitter - no getting around that, but excessive sweetener doesn't really mask that very well. I switched to an unsweetened bulk brand for a fraction of the cost. I can control the sweetness level, add a dash of my preferred flavoring, and end up with a beverage that is more to my taste and I've not found any difference in the performance results. ...and btw... for those people raving about this being zero calories? Nope, sorry. A gram of protein is still 4 calories regardless of an FDA labeling loophole.

I’ve been purchasing these products for over a year, but just received the Perfect Aminos in a different white container making me a little suspicious. I called Body Health and they explained the white containers are their interim packaging. It was a relief because I love their products!
