I use this yeast every year and always get a reliable fermentation and a great tasting cider.

I've used this yeast before, and I got the genuine item from this seller. It takes off fast, ferments cleanly, and finishes by flocullating and dropping to the bottom of the fermenter. The drop-out seems pretty solid too, not posing any issue when racking off or bottling. Very decent product, and when compared to other sachets, also seems absolutely genuine.

I’m no professional but I can’t believe the difference in flavour when using this compared to the cheaper sachets of cider yeast that I bought at my local home brew shop. Much cleaner, smoother taste and a clearer cider as well. Would thoroughly recommend.
