Purchased the item in December 2024, was able to set it up in January 2025, everything seemed to be working fine until July 2025 , the backup camera was glitching and only showing for about 5 seconds , then would re appear , I pressed the reset button numerous times to try and resolve but it didn’t fix, I reached out to AZDOME and they were able to send me a replacement backup camera within 2 days and hoping to solve the issue, unfortunately the same exact issue was happening so it seemed it it was the whole dashcam itself needed to be replaced.. I reached out to AZDOME on July 17 2025 , they replied back the next day to inform me a replacement will be on the way . On July 25 I reached out to them again to ask for a tracking number .. absolutely no reply , so I reached out to them via Amazon August 2 2025 stating I was waiting for a replacement and never received , they replied back August 4 2025 and apologized and stated once again a replacement is on the way.. i reached out to them now via email on August 8 2025 to provide a screenshot of my conversation via Amazon and to reconfirm if I was going to receive a replacement and once again NO REPLY ..on August 12 I reached out to them AGAIN via Amazon to inform them no replacement has arrived, on August 13 they replied via email and stated my item will arrive August 13 2025.. at first I was like ok same day shipping thats nice of them .. I NEVER received the replacement dashcam ! It is now August 15 2025 and nothing ! I read so many reviews on this company and thought ok I’ll give them a shot and I was actually even going to buy another for my other vehicle , now I have do more research on another dashcam brand.. and now it just so happens that the dashcam isn’t useable now .. it started glitching ! Waste of 100$ Update : it was late but I finally received a replacement , after a few months of waiting I just gave up and bought a different camera from a competitor, unfortunately that camera didn’t have as good of quality as AZDOME so I just took my losses, however out of the blue melody from AZDOME reached out to me directly and seen that I never received my replacement and sent me a replacement and I revived it a few days later from her reaching out !Everything seems to be working perfect without any glitches ,thank you so much melody for assisting me.. originally I was not going to make another purchase due to the lack of communication I originally had however since she was able to provide a replacement I have no problem purchasing more products for my other vehicles as well as recommending this product to friends and family, camera quality is excellent just had the original issue with the back up camera but that is now 1000% solved thanks again melody from AZDOME !!!!!I will be a repeat customer !

I've been using this cam for a while now. It's pretty easy to use, and the picture quality is good. When videos are played back in the accompanying app, a map also comes up showing your route during the video, along with the speed limits of the roads you traveled, your vehicle speed, time, date, and GPS coordinates. It's REALLY THOROUGH, and would be a REAL HELP in COURT! The app also lets you pick which of the three cameras you want showing. About the only disappointment is that it doesn't automatically update the time, especially when going from Daylight Savings to Standard Time. This could trip you up if you're using a video for evidence, as if the time is wrong, the other side's lawyer could use it against you. The unit is really small, so it doesn't block your view. It's menu is pretty easy to use; basically UP. DOWN, and OK buttons to access everything, with no "hidden" menu items you need to "long press" to find. I haven't had any serious issues with the camera. It does have a couple of idiosyncrasies though: 1. It will randomly not turn on when the engine is started. It's not a huge deal, as pressing the ON/OFF button will turn it on. It's a minor annoyance. The camera makes emits an easily heard tone when it turns on, so it's pretty easy to tell if it hasn't. 2. I get random pop-ups saying "Please format SD card," with an OK and CANCEL choice. I'm not sure why it does this. I just do the CANCEL and go on with my life. If OK is selected, the SD card is reformatted and all recorded data is lost. I've yet to try downloading recordings from the SD card when I get that alert to see if the existing data is corrupted. I will update this review once I've tried this. 3. If you're a ham operator, as I am, the camera interferes with VHF frequency 146.520 Mhz as well as its harmonics with a pronounced "motorboating" sound. This usually happens when the camera first turns on, and continues for up to a half hour. The QRM is strong enough that you can't squelch it out. After that half hour, the QRM drops the point where it's still there, but at a much lower level, rendering the frequencies useful again. I believe it has something to do with the camera's charging system. The camera uses what the manufacturer calls a "super capacitor" as a battery, so it discharges quite a bit between uses. I'm currently looking at running the camera through a USB battery bank to the power source to keep it under power 24/7. True, this will defeat the auto-on/off of the camera, but it may get rid of the QRM. It will also let the camera run in "Sentry Mode" to keep an eye on my car while I'm away from it. This normally requires a "3-wire adapter" for he camera, which is not included. I will update this review once I've tried this.

Its a very good Dash-cam.Nice 2k resolution.3 cameras at affordable price.very easy installation & easy to use with great wifi,gps and live speed .

I’m really happy with this dash cam! The setup was quick and straightforward, and the picture quality is super clear both during the day and at night. It records reliably and gives me peace of mind while driving. For the price, this is an excellent purchase. Definitely recommend!

The item works well. It records all video and audio clearly, even at night. The battery capacity could be improved though. Sometimes it turns off on the first minute of switching the engine. Maybe because the battery is low, but after switching manually, it works perfectly fine.

• Reason for Purchase: Unfortunately, despite a Club 3000 dual hook lock, our Jeep Wrangler 4xe was stolen off of our driveway mid-day. In the car, we had the Azdome M300S 4K dash camera which we initially ordered given its fully-loaded but no screen minimalistic design. At that time, we did not know much about the Azdome brand and so did not want to overspend on an item. We bought that camera for $119.76 CAD (incl. HST) in Sep 2023. However, when it came time to replacing our camera which the thieves took from us, we decided to go with this device given the 3-channel nature to allow for an in-cabin, front, and back camera view. • Materials/Build Quality: Plastic encasing. • Features: Easy access to camera recordings via WiFI definitely offers a ton of convenience as opposed to ejecting and reinserting the SD card which can also inadvertently lead to corruption of recorded files. Fortunately, (because my car has not suffered any significant impact), I have not been able to test the G-sensor which I think would be an important feature if someone were to hit my vehicle with theirs in a parking lot for example. The image quality is great. • Aesthetic: I really like that this camera can be installed in a minimalistic/discrete way without a large suction cup versus to other options. Other devices I have had with suction cup attachment to the windshield have also fallen off with extreme heat/cold which can be annoying vs. this 3M tape way of installation which has been sturdy thus far (and also with the M300S version I had before my car was stolen). • Installation: Super easy to install! The most difficult part is getting the wiring done but this would be the same for every dash camera. This one has a mount to easily un/re-attach the camera; however, while this is great, it also honestly is not needed as the camera has WiFi capability so you do not need to take out the SD card or remove the camera from the windshield to view the files. • Comparable Products: While I have heard lots about the Vantrue 3-channel 4K camera options, I decided to stick with this given price and my experience with the 2-channel M300S option as discussed above. • Price: $214.69 CAD (incl. taxes) • Product Link: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B091PRCJ5Y

Great video recording for all of three cameras. Excellent night vision recording. Highly recommended. Extremely easy to install. Just plug and play. Loving it already.
