Great swimming aid, especially for disabled children
My son is disabled so I needed a float for him that would support his weight and keep his head out of the water. He is 40lbs and 48 in tall. This worked perfectly. He was able to kick with his legs and splash as well as learn to swim with his arms. There is a buckle that comes between the legs which attaches to straps over the shoulders. It is pretty secure but of course a child must be monitored in the water at all times, even with floats. The shade covering is something I choose this particular float for and I was glad I did. My son did not get burned even after 2 hours of splashing in the sun or nearly as heat exhausted as he usually does. I love that it comes with its own pump and some duckies for the kiddo. I’ve left it inflated in my car for the past 2 months while using it weekly and it’s still inflated and hasn’t bust or anything. I feel I’ve gotten my money’s worth even if it were to deflate and not hold air any longer. I’ve tried another brand of float similar to this one and my son kept flipping over upside down which is obviously dangerous. I’m glad I have something safe to put him in for summer water fun!

Not a bad product for pool fun!
This float is pretty good. It allows a child to lie backwards if it is under age 2 in the water while securely holding it in the float. When over the age of 2, the child can face the other way and lie more forward, also secured to the float. The float's inflatable compartments are placed in such a way that they keep the child's head and face out of the water. The child can sit straight up, or it can lean forward and his head and face can lie on the pillow in front. The rubber material is much stronger than I was expecting. It looks and feels very durable. The underside of it is clear and has little bell marbles in it so that the float can be used like a giant rattle. The straps securing the child go over the shoulder and anchor at the waist. Make sure you get the new generation version so that you can also get a free sunshade with 50 SPF protection which snaps on easily. The float inflates easily, and easiest with a pump. The valves are clearly labeled which to inflate first, and the stems look very durable. There are a few downsides. One is that the straps are a little hard to tighten or loosen as they are made of strip rubber. They seem very durable but I would use caution when adjusting them because if they snap, that's it for the float---the safety insurance is now gone. Also, it is nice that there are bells in the float, but it's on the underside which is under the water so I'm not sure they are meant for pool use, but for outside of the pool. The last downside is that the float is not meant for children much over 3, so come next summer my child will probably be too big and old for the float, and it is such a good float I will miss using it next summer. So, if you have a young infant that you want to safely take in the water under proper supervision, get this while your child is very young so that you can use it many times over the 2 years and get the most out of your $30.

Impressed and safe!
We recently purchased the AYCOL Baby Swimming Float for our 9-month-old, and it’s been an absolute game-changer for pool time! The design is clearly well thought out for safety and comfort. Our baby sits securely in the float, and the no-flip-over feature really gives us peace of mind—especially with a wiggly little swimmer.

Happy little swimmer! No leaks!!
Mother approves! My 10 month old enjoyed every bit of being in the pool with everyone and moving on his own. Great support, easy to setup. Super secure and safe, didn’t take long to inflate very easy you could use a pump or your own air. the sun protection umbrella was descent he stayed cool. No air leaked out at all during our swim. The breakdown I kind of just let it out by squeezing the tab and folded it up easily for storage, the sun fold was easy to store away for the next swim.

Difficult to get baby in and out
What I like: When fully inflated, this product keeps your baby's head way up away from the water. The front is a nice place for baby to rest his/her head. I don't worry about my baby being in the water in this thing, it is very stable and baby is strapped in good. The sun visor is nice. Being able to put my baby in on her belly or back is nice and it's so comfortable she has actually fallen asleep in here while at the pool. What I don't like: It is so stinking hard to get my baby in and out of this. I'm getting better now that I've done it 20+ times, but it takes a good minute or two and usually involves holding my baby at a weird angle to try and slide her in without dropping her or the floaty. It's ridiculous. And getting her out is only slightly easier. I can't imagine trying to get a baby in here who is only 4 months old and not able to hold their head/body up easily on their own. The waterpark we go to doesn't allow floaties on the slide so I'm constantly getting her in and out so that we can keep up with the siblings and it's a hassle. There are also so many places you have to inflate which means there are lots of seams that can rip. We've had this for less than a year and there's already a hole.

Would recommend
Pretty easy to get assembled. Loved it every time we were in the pool. Easy way for them to enjoy the pool while blocking the sun.

Es un poco tedioso el usarlo pero eso no significa que no sea una excelente compra, super útil.

Great safety features and quality. Not overly expensive either. Purchased a more expensive float and returned it asap as it was definitely not designed for a baby. Higher price doesn’t mean better quality

My 2 year old could not hold her head up due to complexity of her rare genetic disorder, so we needed a floatie that we can take on vacation with us. Mambobaby doesn’t deflate. It worked great! The canopy is a good addition to it as well! She’s 3,5 now and it doesn’t fit anymore, unfortunately.

La calidad es muy mala, la caja del empaque cuando llegó además completamente rota. El producto es muy delgado por lo que es fácil de pinchar. No lo recomiendo
