Stops working when used up close
The product is really good and compact, works just fine too however, the only problem that I am facing is that it stops working if you use it up close like 10-15 cm or if you use it for up to 3 minutes it stops working and then after about 2-3 minutes cooldown period, it starts working again. Other than that, good product.

Requesting for a replacement or full refund .
I just got this delivered on 4th of January 2026 And now today its 30th of January 2026 I’ve used 5 times and it’s already not working , massively disappointed, especially its Philips . Requesting for a full refund or replacement asap.
