I have struggled for DECADES with horrible seasonal allergies with blinding sinus migraines. I have been on an almost no /low anti-histamine diet for 5 years….I also have been taking only natural allergy support supplements for the last 18 years after a serious health scare and surgery. With that allllllllll being put out there, AND wanting only natural supplements to help me… my phlegmatic issues, acid reflux, poor bowel consistency elimination, morning vomiting from mucous stagnation and drainage when upright, body aches, sneezing, runny nose, whole body itchy skin, BODY ODOR, and migraines are FLIPPING GONE! I write this review literally in the depth of spring pollen and mold season, in which in the past I would be stuck in bed miserable, but not today!!!!! I took a genetic test that showed only 1 aspect to histamine issues and it was minor! So on paper, I don’t have histamine intolerance. What I went thru was actually DAO enzyme deficiency!! I am totally recommending trying this supplement in the most natural form of grass fed Kidney ( which is a natural source of DAO enzymes if you are suffering anywhere near the way I have. I will not take anything synthetic or far removed from its natural state.) I started low and slow. These capsules are a bit large. I started with 2 per day for 1 week, and moved up 2 ( total of 4) the following week. And continue to slowly move into the recommendation indicated. I took them on empty stomach 15 mins before meals. I had significant improvement in 3 days and it just keeps getting better. Putting this on subscribe. Also will try their liver formula. As for pain relief, my pain relief has been calculated in a different perspective. My blinding migraines are a 10++++, and haven’t had a flare up or anything. My general body aches are rooted in lymph flow stagnation. I’m not sure personally if it will help give pain relief for say arthritis or injuries or exercise recovery support. DAO has been researched not only with histamine functioning and support pathways But also has been researched for lactic acid reduction for gout, exercise, intense physical training and kidney disorders. So do your research and also look at other factors that could cause or become deficient that are rooted in physical pain and needing relief. I hope this helps!

I didn’t have high hopes, and I’m allergic to ingredients that are found in nearly all pills or capsules, but this stuff is so pure. I really didn’t think I’d feel a difference but omg if I forget a dose, I go back to being drowsy, fuzzy-minded, joint pain, dizzy and irritable. Within 15 mins of taking my dose I start to feel like myself again. This works better than my H2. If I do accidentally have an exposure to one of my known allergens, this stuff greatly reduces the symptoms. I take 2 upon waking, 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner. I’m wondering if I can take a few more than that. I can’t go a day without these. Absolutely impressed and my #1 for helping with my MCAS. Will happily pay the price because it’s given me my life and energy back. Update: After a month of use, I’ve been able to add a few food items back into my diet. I’ve lost about 5lbs because I’m no longer in a state of constant inflammation. I still have flare but these cut them at least in half (or more) and work best if I take before eating. They calm major flares to make them manageable. I am so grateful.

I've been taking this supplement for three years now. Never had issues with orders or the quality of the supplements. Not only are the animals grass fed, they are grass finished. An important distinction. This supplement is essential in my opinion to healing a part of your gut. It has done wonders for me. These are in a format easily digested. ****As a side note - eating good organic food in a balanced diet will do wonders for your health and failing to do so is the root cause of so many health issues.

Good product

Before discovering Beef Kidney I was having horrible histamine issues- to the point where I was breaking out in hives and vomiting if I wasn’t watching my histamine intake. And that’s no way to live. I started off taking the Ancestral brand and noticed that I was no longer having any histamine issues! I would take just 1 pill, about 10-20 minutes before a meal and have not had ANY histamine issues since. Once that bottle ran out, I switched to this brand and have been taking it for a couple months now. I can assure you, it works just as good and for a much better price. This product has given me my life back.

I have taken porcine DAO for many years, with positive results. I tried this product, which is bovine, and unfortunately, had a severe allergic reaction with 3 pills. Throat swelling, trouble breathing, heart palpitations, gastrointestinal pain, and clear liquid running non-stop out of my nose. Stopped taking it, took benadryl, and reaction cleared within about 2 days. I don't doubt its a good product, but some people like me, may be highly allergic to one or more elements of the supplement.

I can now eat soy free corn free chicken and eggs, and beef bacon after starting these supplements after a year of eating only fresh butcher beef. I no longer get hives after eating. They are really helpful and I’m very grateful because I was really suffering before, and even had a few hospital visits due to food allergies. I take 4-6 a day depending on what I’m eating.

Been taking for 6 Mths. & they really Help with My Histamine Intolerence, will be buying more. I've read some reviews where People say they don't work for them & their going to "Request a Full Refund". Why do they expect that when Buying any Supplement ? There is No Gaurantee offered in the Ad or on the Bottle.
