I had a small issue with the LED light supply upon receipt and installation of our waterfall spillway. A note was sent to the manufacture and they responded within a few hours. I explained the issue to them. They immediately sent an upgraded LED system. The entire process took only a few days (including shipping time). The waterfall is working flawlessly now. Thank you for the great service.

So this is a mixed review. The product is solid and easy to install and I put it in place last August. We used it about 10 times before we closed the location up for the winter. The LED strip, which seems to be an issue worked fine those 10 times and did turn on once this spring, but now they are not working. I checked all connections and power to location is good. I have contacted the support email and have not received a reply. The pump is still working great but the LED is a big disappointment as that added a lot. I am hopeful I will receive an update on my request for a new LED strip as 10 uses seems a little limiting. UPDATE: I heard back from customer service and need to provide some photos which I will do shortly. I feel more confident that this will get sorted. UPDATE: I was told they would send a light strip then told that the light strip was out of stock yet it is available for purchase on Amazon. I have emailed the company multiple times asking for a status update and have not received a reply. I am downgrading my rating.

The waterfall was easy to install, works good, and looks good. My only major complaint is that I cannot get the mobile app to connect to the RGB lights, so I cannot control the lights from my phone. The remote works, however, I do not want to be limited to the remote. The app was a major selling point for me. I would give it 5 stars if not for that.

Plastic will fade over time

Upon receiving my LONGRUN Waterfall Spillway, I made a structure to display the waterfall. To control the water flow, I needed to purchase an Oase Flow Regulator. After completing the installation, the results were beautiful! After five weeks of enjoyment, the lights stopped working. I thought perhaps the battery in the remote was dead, but upon replacement, it still did not work.

Así quedó mi proyecto con estas magníficas fuentes , fáciles de instalar y mi fuerte el acrílico . Las seguiré usando en futuros trabajos

We are using it as a pool fountain and its nice but the lights quickly stopped working. The company was quick to send me a new light kit and they were very nice to work with through the process. They communicated often and were very prompt. The spillway is very nice and well built with great sound. I recommend it.

Very nice water fall ,well-made ,easy to set up quick delivery. I really have nothing to say about this item. I highly recommend it. However, if you don’t know how to connect plumbing, you have to probably get a little help.

Las luces led ya no funcionan no con el control que trae y tampoco con la app, y no hay forma de cambiarla, me esperaba una mejor calidad por parte de esta tienda.
