Aber: das 3er- und 4er-pack sind 4 Liter Behälter und das 8er nur 3 Liter. Ja, wenn man weiß, dass man darauf achten muss und die Beschreibung dahingehend beachtet, dann findet man diese Information auch. Wenn man aber wie ich die Beschreibung vom 3er vollständig ließt, dann 8 Stk. auswählt könnte man davon ausgehen, dass die Mengenauswahl sich tatsächlich auf die Mengen auswirkt und nicht auf eine wesentliche Eigenschaft des Produkts. Nein, das überließt man. Das geht so nicht ! Normalerweise schicke ich nichts zurück und finde eine andere Verwendung. Aber in diesem Fall möchte ich mit meiner Reklamation als Feedback dem Händler helfen künftig darauf zu achten ordentliche Produktbeschreibungen zu erstellen.
