Updated 10/01/2021 So its been almost a year now that I've been taking these vitamins. My hair has grown appox 7-8 inches. These are very good vitamins, for women's overall health as well as hair,skin&nails. And come to find out my headaches are Not due to the vitamins or any of it's ingredients. Good vitamins, I recommend. These are really great vitamins. I've been taking them for a little over 3 months now. My hair has grown about 2 inches & my nails require weekly trimming. So these do help with skin, hair & nails. I also feel more energized. The only bad thing is I have been having unexplained headaches for 3 months. I just recently read somebody else's review on the same vitamins. And realize that my headaches are most likely due to the large amounts of vitamin B. So I started taking 1 capsule every other day. And what do you know, no headaches. Your body will only absorb a certain amount period! So I suggest taking a lower amount than recommended. My urine was neon yellow, since I been taking a less amount it is nolonger neon lol. A little bit too much information, but worth sharing. These are excellent vitamins as long as you're not taking too much of them. 42 year old female.

I have been looking for a reasonably priced multivitamin that is also vegan. This brand was the winner in my vitamin search for a few reasons. One being because it’s formulated for women, so it includes a lot of supplements I was looking to buy such as dong quai, red clover, and cranberry. Two it is packed with all the important vitamins and minerals! Super high amounts of B’s and daily amounts of everything you’ll need from a multivitamin. You also get a great energy blend. Lastly I love the fact that I can easily order them from amazon. I’ll get them in 2 days and shipping is free with prime. I have been taking these for about 2 weeks and I can honestly say I’m enjoying the results. No matter how well you eat you should still take a multivitamin as sometimes it’s hard to determine how much you are consuming because of things like gmo’s and environment. I HIGHLY recommend.

After looking for new multi-vitamins for awhile, I came across these and have been taking for 2 months now. While I don't feel any different (probably because I've been taking good vitamins and supplements for years), what I appreciate about this brand is the specific supplement types used, such as that they use magnesium chelate instead of stearate, which is much better, and have also added some other wonderful herbal and mineral ingredients to help boost immune system . There are no nasty additives, it's non-gmo, and no common allergens. This seems to be a quality product and if you're looking for a new multi-vitamin, give this a try.
