My Bose CD /radio arrived earlier than expected and was packaged well. It is operating great, and the sound is so clear. The remote makes it very easy to use. I am well pleased with my purchase.

Item looked brand new. Wish the bass was a bit better. Still, the sound exceeds any other player I have especially when playing orchestra music.

Works perfectly

I was so pleased when my Bose Wave Music System arrived three days early. Then I played a couple of CDs. Peter, Paul, and Mary sounded like Alvin and the Chipmunks. Then I tried a Sting CD. A 5-minute 40-second song only took 3 minutes 31 seconds to play. Now I’m returning it, and I’m really bummed. The CD player speed is so easy to test. I don’t understand how this unit could be sold without this test or knowing that the CD player had a problem. The white cable pictured wasn’t included either. I don’t recommend this seller.

Works fine but can’t get the internet to connect with other devices. That’s frustrating. Otherwise it’s a good CD player, radio, of course it’s easy to use but it’s not connecting with anything I’ve tried. Actually my son tried Sunday Mother’s Day’s for me also. Without the internet it’s just an experience CD player/radio.

Great customer service, I was able to talk to them on the phone before ordering, so helpful. The remote did not have a battery or battery cradle when I received the radio, I called the company to let them know and they offered to send me another one, but I had one with my older Bose that worked just fine. Everything else in the box worked perfectly!!!
