Over time these are putting me on the mend . I added this creme to the arsenal and noticed immediate relief regarding the pain and burning numbness . lasts for several hours . I apply it as recommended , several times a day . This is the best product I had been buying it at CVS. They no longer carry it. It keeps going up in price but for foot pain it is fantastic for me. It is.
