I like all of the settings this offers. I feel like the massagers could be further apart though. The weight of it isn't bad, but it does feel a little bulky and difficult to control, if you're not holding it in place or propping it against something, it shifts easily. The quality of the massage is fine once you manage to get it in place. It has worked out knots that I couldn't do on my own which definitely helped with the pain I felt, the heat settings definitely helped and never feel too hot or too cool. Overall I'm impressed with this, I thought it would be something I bought and ended up never using, but it really does help with pain relief...especially since there aren't many medications I care to put in my body. :)

As someone who has inflammation of the cervical spine area from years of tech neck and bad posture, I suffer from a sore neck frequently. I am always on the lookout for relief. I mainly just use OTC medications and stretching exercises with an occasional neck heating pad. My neck pain isn't bad, but it is there and can sometimes cause a bad headache. I came across this shiatsu massager and it looked intriguing. I purchased a shiatsu foot massager (different brand) for the hubs about five years ago and he loves it. That thing is still going strong. I pulled the trigger on this and tried it out a few times. Here are my observations: It is powerful, and the shiatsu massage discs are sturdy. They help to work out the knots in your neck. This can also be used on other areas like the lumbar spine. It is quiet and emits a low humming noise. It is difficult to position in the area you want just right. If you move, the unit will slide down or move and then you may need to get out of it to re-position it. The arm hole things are kind of awkward and a little too high. When putting my hands through them I kind of felt like a kangaroo. This runs on a charger, so you will need to be near an outlet to use it. The power connector easily comes apart if you move, so you then have to get out of the kangaroo harness and re-attach the power supply. The massaging action was a little too rough for me, I prefer a gentler massage. In summary, this didn't work for me as it was not that easy to use and requires maneuvering to get in the right position with the thing, and then not move at all. It is bulky, so it requires storage when not using it, because it doesn't look great just laying around the house. I could see the vinyl on this wearing off over time, and I am not a fan of this type of material. A sturdy removeable fabric sleeve makes more sense to me. I suppose I will continue to rely on light stretching as that works as well and doesn't require any equipment. I wouldn't recommend this unless you are desperate for pain or soreness relief and don't mind a little wrangling to get it.

Great product and great Customer support! I wanted to make sure it was compatible with 220-240 voltage so it can be used where i live (Israel), and they replied fast and confirmed it can be used with 220-240 voltage. About the massage itself - it gets the job done and the massage balls go pretty deep into the neck so its effective. We still use it from time to time for about 3 years now, so its quite durable. I assume it has to do with the fact that i wanted an electric corded massager, and not a portable one, because the batteries always have much shorter lifespan than corded electric products, so if you are debating between corded and portable massager, definitely go for the corded, if lack of portability is not an issue. In summary - definitely worth the money, and its not an expensive massager anyway.

It’s the best for massaging your upper back and you can manipulate to go down your back all the way to your waist. It helps a lot with a stiff upper back. Worth the price!

I am a fully qualified massage therapist and I suffer badly with a stiff neck and headaches.. I have used many electrical massagers but never did they feel any thing like hands but blimey this is AMAZING,this has been made with great thought and does it work or what?you bet..First,it gives a very deep massage, kneading those very areas that can't be difficult..Gets to the root at your skull base and eases.the neck completely...The heat is not too hot but lovely and warm and that just increases the blood supply and relaxes you more..You have three levels of speed and also does forward movement and reverse,you can choose or leave it and it will forward and reverse it's self,it cuts off it's self if left on.I am totally amazed with this brilliant massager and now I get a proper relaxing massage.Can be used elsewhere on your body.I used this on my left side (bowel area) as I suffer with i.b.s and this really helped to sooth that area and helped with trapped wind.This gives a deep massage so may not suit everyone but if you feel it is too hard then you could put a towel on your neck.I would not recommend on bare skin as with the heat and the deep rotation it could make your skin sore.It takes time to get used to the feeling of this massager,i felt it as a deep massage should be but this may not suit everbody, for me it's PERFECT,I could not be without this now..Please note...When you have finished your massage,a drink of plain water should be taken,this helps the lactic acid/urea (released due to massage) pass out through passing the urine so its very important to have water afterwards..PLEASE NOTE,IT COMES WITH A TWO PIN PLUG!!
