ALASTIN Skincare Ultra Nourishing Face Moisturizer Cream (2 oz) | Daily Hydrating Lotion For Dry Skin | Supports New Collagen & Elastin Production

I am 54 years old and have been moisturizing daily since I was a teenager, and so I have tried an incredible number of brands of moisturizers, from drugstore to high-end. This was recommended to me by my dermatologist, and it is hands-down my favorite. It is expensive, but the tube lasts a long time. One pump releases a small amount that will cover your entire face, and the moisture lasts for hours. I have no need for a night cream or anything heavier than this anymore. I use it in the morning under make up (creates a great, smooth base, almost like an primer) and at night before bed. I love that it is lightweight enough to wear during the day and yet moisturizes richly enough to keep me hydrated through the night. This will never leave my skincare routine. I have one gripe: the lid/cap for the tube is TERRIBLE. It easily comes off the tube, which means that it’s likely to fall to the bathroom floor and then crack. Every tube that I have owned of this product has done this. So then you have a useless, cracked lid that won’t remain on the tube. This bugs me for such an expensive product and I really wish they would change the cap. The tube and pump is great, but the cap is ridiculous.

Hands down the best daily moisturizer for sensitive oily skinned people. It delivers great moisture, it doesn’t break me out, and sits beautifully under make up. Very lightweight, but hydrating. There isn’t much of scent, and isn’t toned/tinted. Highly recommend, and worth the price tag.

Love this moisturizer, not greasy at all.

It would be unfair to review this product on its own so this will be a review of my experience using Alastin skincare as a whole as well as a review on this product. I am at 3 months of exclusively using Alastin products, well, for the most part. I use the following products: Gel face wash, HA Immerse, restorative eye cream, restorative skin complex, A-luminate, ultra nourishing face cream, restorative neck complex and Transform body treatment. Over all my face has never looked better. Is there one single product or is it the collection? Who is to say. I don’t have any intention or trying anything new. My face is perfect lol. I am so happy. I have very sensitive skin and it’s dry. Although some products are “spicy” none of them have caused an allergic reaction or acne. I use each of the products listed above two times a day. This bad boy is spicy. I don’t know why. I use 1 pump and it feels like I should use more but it spreads really well. I love it. I definitely see myself isn’t this long term. I have ditched all other moisturizers. I also love the packaging. It’s easy to use and all in all I think it’s a great product from dry, dehydrated skin.

This is the best moisturizer I’ve found. I’ve tried others but always come back to this one. I highly recommend this product.

Love love this lotion. I bought a few Alastin products for a CO2 laser, cool peel and RF microneedle post care and I fell in love with this lotion. It’s not matte, it goes on creamy and no shimmer but illuminating. If you have oily skin, I’m not sure how it would do but for my dry skin, it’s awesome. It’s on the pricier side but it’s got clean ingredients, a good mix of hydrating minerals and a little goes a long way. Well worth the money. The bottle was bigger then I expected.

after washing my face, it only takes a light coat and my whole face felt moisturized for hours. It is non greasy and my skin felt so soft after using. I starting using this product 2 weeks after my chemical peel. I highly recommend it.

It makes your skin feel soft, very nourishing.
