This thing is great. Got mine a couple months ago and I have no complaints. It looks great, everything is smooth and clear, and no dead pixels. A few things exceeded my expectations: First, the stand. I’ve been really impressed with how nice this stand is. It moves up and down very smoothly, it’s not like it jumps between height settings, it just glides to whatever height you want and feels very high quality. It is also rotates to a vertical position very easily. As long as your cable has enough room to move, you can just grab it and rotate, which I find convenient when writing documents and such. Also, the menu system. It is very intuitive and easy to use, it’s nice to be able to quickly change the brightness or light filter. Speaking of brightness, this thing is BRIGHT. I normally have it around 55% and if it’s dark in my room then even that can be a lot. Anyway super cool monitor, I spent a lot of time looking at different ones but I’m really glad I went with this one, it even came with HDMI and display port cables. Highly recommend, have a nice day

What can I say, it's a great monitor with a wonder picture, I haven't used with my laptop as much as I should have but when I did it was amazing, games looked great, smooth, clear and much more. Now I use it for more then just my laptop, I use it for my consoles ranging from Xbox Series S/X, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PS4, and playing each console on that monitor is amazing. Truly would buy a second one

This monitor was to accompany a PC I recently bought for gaming, and I was pleased to find that it was a well-worth purchase. The picture quality is fantastic and I am able to watch videos at top quality. It is easily capable of keeping up with first person shooters and displaying Minecraft with shaders at high res. It is incredibly bright, so there is no issue with its brightness. I am impressed with how heavy and well built the monitor is; there is not a single piece of cheap feeling plastic on it. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about this monitor and would purchase again in the future.

Screen was clear and images very nice, build is quick to set up would buy a second one for dual monitoring. Gameplay is amazing no lag or stutter, overall very good gaming monitior.

I purchased this monitor the other day (Specifications: ASUS TUF Gaming VG259QR 24.5”, 165Hz, IPS Panel) and have been using it as my secondary monitor which I use in its portrait mode. I have included two pictures which shows my setup, with the monitor on the left (portrait mode). Out of the box, the monitor needs to be calibrated to your viewing preferences (as all new monitors do). Out of the various preset visual modes I ended up choosing "Racing Mode" as my base, and then further calibrating from there (gamma, sharpness, brightness, etc). The monitor came well packaged, was very easy to setup, and thankfully did not have any issues with dead pixels, but there is now one stuck red pixel on my screen. I have been very happy with this monitor so far, as the color, brightness, and overall visuals look great. The swivel/pivot/tilt features are also great for this monitor, easy to handle, and the material seems to be of high quality (nothing feels light or cheaply made). One unnecessary aspect of the monitor (in my opinion) would be the inclusion of built-in speakers, as no one really uses monitor speakers nowadays. I would recommend to remove these to save on price-point, but that is the only con of this monitor as of yet, and it's just a personal preference for myself. 4/5 monitor so far, however, only time can truly indicate the longevity of the monitor. EDIT: 5 days later there is a stuck pixel on the bottom right of the monitor.

Great monitor for gaming and work, easy on the eyes with its blue light filter during the night or day and has many different settings that is easy to access and use! If your looking for a decent monitor as a gamer or business worker, then this is the Asus Tuf Gaming monitor for you! PS. The speakers aren't that good, but everything else is great!

I purchased two of these for my PC, and I set these up, did the windows color set up, and minor tweaking to both, and I was good to go. Brightness and color is great. Build seems good, no dead pixels. My games that I play look great. Definitely recommend these to anyone looking to buy. I do wish these were 1440, but, for the price, I couldn't go wrong.

Good for gaming and for binge watch.

~24' monitor, 165Hz at 1080p, with G-sync. Screen can tilt 90 degrees (or more?). Great quality monitor for its price. Definitely worth the upgrade if you are playing FPS (First Person Shooter) games. I upgraded from a 60Hz Acer monitor which was about the same price about 5 years ago. Monitor was easy to assemble with no tools required. Only thing I should mention is that the box has a very sharp handle on the inside on which I cut myself. Be careful unpacking.

When connect to MacBook Pro, laptop gets heated. Not recommended to connect to Mac laptops

Bought this for my 13 year old son for his birthday. He seems very pleased with it as it is the same brand as his gaming laptop. Bought it at $237 including taxes during a sale so it was a good price as well.
