We purchased these as a supplementary tool to use at home in conjunction with ongoing occupational therapy for one of our kids. These cards have been a great way to incorporate sensory practices into daily home life in a fun way.

My 5-year-old daughter really likes these. She says they're easy peasy exercises. She likes to do the exercises with her dad to see who does them better, so it's a win-win because they're both exercising! I tell her that she can pick out four cards to do every evening, but she like them so much that she wants to do 10 cards every evening.

I love this purchase! The yoga cards are fun to implement with my students and came quickly.

I am a pediatric occupational therapist and have had good luck utilizing these cards during treatment sessions. The illustrations/directions on the cards are easy for families to understand and implement themselves at home! Many of these activities are also great for the development of motor skills such as core strength and eye-hand coordination.

The cards themselves are sturdy and well made. I don't think they will fall apart or tear in the near future. I gave these as a gift to my friend who has a two and four year old, each with sensory needs. She seemed very excited about the cards and especially appreciated that each card contained information about the purpose of the exercises and activities. For example, if the activity or exercise is designed to address vestibular or proprioceptive integration then that is noted on the card. The robot theme is cute and fun as well!

I've recently started using the Sensory Sid Activity Cards | Sensory Diet Flash Cards. They provide an extensive guide on sensory diets in a convenient flash card format. This is expensive, and I wish the price was lower. The guide is thorough and easy to use and I'll continue to use them. It seems durable.

My daughter seeks vestibular and proprioceptive activities to help her calm down when she's totally overwhelmed. These cards have really helped me with ideas for activities to help her calm down. They are honestly worth every single penny in this house. She's gone from crashing into walls and furniture and jumping off the dining table to grabbing these cards for safe exercises. Not only do we now have quick easy routines for bedtime or out and about, she's now using these to learn about the types of movement her body needs. She's starting to realise "what I need now is a blue card (vestibular) that's how my body wants to move".
