Defective piece.
Today tried to use for the first time. Applied the cell and inserted the strip. The glucometer is not working. Tried many times, but it's not working. Will the merchant change it, may be only glucometer.

The product looks good and ease of use. But the reading is not accurate. Tgeres aboubt 25% error. I compared with lab tests.
