It’s defective
It did not work and was way smaller than I thought it would be. It was basically just a mood lamp that poured water all over my floor. It did not retain any water it all came straight out of the bottom even on a flat surface. I returned the product.

Doesn’t cool down
It doesn’t cool down at all, even with the filter soaking wet, just blows air. I would rate it minus five stars if possible
