These are a lifesaver for me! I take one before flying and other stressful situations and I’m much calmer.

I've been using the product for years, from Shaklee, which was introduced by my Distributor (retired nurse) with emphasis on 'SAFE PROVEN sincew 1956 100% Guaranteed" - all natural ingridients and it's not habit, as opposed to prescription medicine. It takes a while, probably within 1 hour, to help fall asleep, depending on the degree of stressfulness.

Shaklee has been around for almost 90 years! The quality and integrity of their supplements are the best! I have taken them for 30 years. I’m almost 70 and look and feel years younger! The Stress Relief takes the edge off, if you will.
