Really good product, and does its job. It does make scooping easier

I admit I was seduced but the idea of a quality ice cream scoop after two broken plastic scoops in one week. The idea of buying another piece of plastic that would go in a landfill just... no. I was looking for something durable. When I saw this scoop on Amazon, I remembered seeing this scoop at my local ice cream parlor. Now I know why, less effort, perfect results regardless of the hardness of the cream. Yes, I had to convinced my spouse that I did not overspend... now she enjoys the perfect scoops this make.

I bought some Bryers Ice Cream and I tried to use a spoon to scoop it, but it was really hard. I have been researching scoopers for a while and found Zeroll was the number scooper in most reviews. So I pull the trigger. $30.00 for an Ice Scoop seems high which is why I waiting so long to buy. But now I see why it's the best scooper. I use it on that same Bryers ice cream container and it works like a dream. It's also made in the USA which does raise the price but I prefer went possible buy American.

I love this ice cream scoop. It is a very small size--actually hard to find this size anywhere. I used this to fill miniature sugar cones with different ice creams. Worked beautifully. It has a wonderful feel and responds better than any other ice cream scoop I've used. It's heavy so it can better cut through hard homemade ice creams. The surface is textured and allow for the ice cream to come off easily. It does heat up fast with warm water. As a warning: if you use very hot water, the handle will be hot.
