Good color, good gray coverage, easy to use. I bought this item because other brands make my scalp itch and I heard that Swartzkopf color does not. So far, no itching. The extra light blonde is darker than my natural blonde/gray hair and more ashy, but I think after a few shampoos it will lighten up. Left my hair in good condition.
