1) Quality zooming for an average user 2) For zooming it's 4/5 after my brief 2-3 days of testing. 3) kms range I think is upto 3 km which u can view with clarity. 4) At 21× image shakes slight a bit but still the quality is quite clear. 5) Fine rubberised finish & touch over binocular surface for good handling. 6) Overall a value for money product.

I'm into astronomy. To compliment my scopes, I've had several sets of binoculars, some costing hundreds of dollars. In addition to astronomy I also use them for wildlife and scouting out places for photography. I lost the use of my left hand recently so I've been looking for a set that are easy to use one handed. I had to sell my 20X80's because they are impossibly heavy. My 15X70's are too heavy as well. My 10X50's are exceptional but still too cumbersome to carry regularly. Form factor and performance are very important to me. These Celestron 7-21x40 nocs are the exact perfect size. Very light and easy to hold which makes them less shaky and far less tiring to use. They ride better in my car without taking up too much space in the passenger seat. I didn't expect much out of these due to the sub $100 price let alone being under $40 but I am completely pleased with the views. They are far better than I expected. My rating on the glass compared to my best would be 3.5 stars but considering the entire package, I'd easily give 4.5 stars. I would not rate sub $100 nocs so highly but these deserve it for the combination of price, performance, ease of use, and form factor. Update: I had a chance to use these on a few deep space objects and they performed excellently and were a joy to use. The Andromeda Galaxy, Double Cluster, and the Orion Nebula were just stunning at 7X.
