Kupione jako następcy analogicznego noża Victorinox z gładkim ostrzem do codziennego obierania w kuchni. Gładkie ostrze jest rozczarowujące - częste ostrzenie i bardzo szybkie tępienie się. W przypadku noży ząbkowanych wszystko jest OK. Niektórzy recenzenci narzekają, że ostrza są bardzo krótkie. moim zdaniem, to jest zaleta (np. podczas obierania i drylowania jabłek).
