Le Creuset Signature Iron Handle Skillet, 10-1/4-Inch, Cerise (Cherry Red)

It's a solid heavy pan that gives you much of the benefit of cast iron with less of the hassle. I can't speak for the durability of the surface but I see no reason why it shouldn't last if it is hand washed and not banged around and abused.

This is a replacements Le Creuset frying pan. Unlike the other one everything seems to stick no matter what I cook.

Just the perfect skillet. If cared for, will last a lifetime and beyond. You will use this every day!

Really nice pan. Bought it for a gift. The kids really like it. Can't use to high of heat but the pan works really nice for them. I think I'm getting one also.

Quelle bonheur de cuisiner avec une poêle en fonte! Le creuset, c’est une valeur sûre! Et garantie à vie! Si l’on respecte bien le temps de chauffe, jamais à fond, après un bon culottage d’as les règles de l’art, ça n’attache pas! Le goût des aliments est sublime et surtout, pas de Téflon ou autre produits néfastes pour la santé! C’est une habitude à prendre mais une fois que c’est fait, la cuisine est d’un autre niveau! Mention spéciale pour la couleur Marseille qui est magnifique
