Too big
These clips are big in size, not suitable for normal sized ties.

and of all it had to be the blue one. received product as shown in picture and the gold silver black ones are very strong and holds the shirt-tie-id card with no slippage, BUT the blue one is extremely weak and slips off every minute, which is unfortunate cause thats the one I was looking forward to the most, meh at least the other three are great
