Do they make a version of this without any sugars(natural or artificial) at all?

Unfortunately there is no version as of yet that is without sugar. There is a Lite version that has less than 1 g of sugars. This product is called Emergen C MSM Lite. I hope this helps. -Firehousefitnessnutrition.com

Is there one free of artificial ingredients (in particular, artificial sweeteners)? I don't really care of it tastes good or not.

Well, I analyzed the ingredients in both the Orange and Tangerine flavors. The good news is that neither flavor includes an artificial sweetener. As Jimmy Reese posted, they do include Aspartic Acid, but that is not Aspartame, nor is it a sweetener. It is merely a natural amino acid. If you want more information, here are the details: Most of the ingredients are the same, but in different quantities and thus listed in a different order. One uses Maltodextrin and no common sugar (sucrose), while the other uses primarily sugar / sucrose and a small amount of Maltodextrin. None of the ingredients in either flavor are technically artificial. Aside from the natural ingredients used to differentiate their flavors, and not counting all the vitamins & minerals you're buying these to consume, their ingredients are: Fructose, Maltodextrin andor Sugar, Citric Acid, Beta-Carotene, Glycine, L-Aspartic Acid, Malic Acid, Natural Flavors, Silicon Dioxide, Tartaric Acid, and Tocopherols. While some of those can effectively be counted as artificial without any argument from me (safe to say we're not intentionally adding Silicon Dioxide or Tocopherols to our food when we make it at home), none of the suspect ingredients are artificial sweeteners.

This has fructose in it?!?! how is that healthy? do they make an organic-non fructose or preservative powder mix?

Fructose is the sugar in fruit. It is not the "high fructose syrup". When you eat fruit, it is fructose which occurs naturally to make fruit sweet.

A must for cold season or those with low immune system!

I always have Emergen-C on hand. I work with the public and it helps boost my immune system and helps me get over colds faster. You can stir the powder in water - but it tastes Best in orange juice! The packets are compact and easy to use wherever you go. I keep a packet in my purse, my desk drawer at work, and at home. Great quality - tastes really good and Very effective/ quick acting.

If you're looking for vitamin c then this is for you. I drink one each morning during winter season to build up my immunity to help ward off the flu working in a school. It mixes easily since it is a powder. The taste is ok, but I mix it with 6-8 oz of water and chug it down in the morning after I eat breakfast.
