So far, so good! We got this for a family member suffering from sciatica. Overall first impressions are good. They’ve only been using it for a few days but they have noted the comfort and relief they feel when using the seat cushion. It’s been used in a recliner, bench seat and car and the comfort seems to be quite noticeable. I’m considering getting another one that can be left in the car. I think it’s a good value for the money, the foam is soft but firm and the cover is soft .

Very comfortable. Got it to help with lower back pain and added comfort. It takes much of the pressure off the lower back. It also helps with better posture. For the price it's a very good product.

I love the size, amount of support, comfort level and quality of this cushion! The only downside, in my opinion, is the cooling factor (lack of). This is something I’ve had a really hard time finding. Lots of cushions, including this one, are advertised as having “cooling gel”, yet barely feel cool, if at all. I drive for ride share in a hot/humid climate and to actually have this feature would be pretty “cool” (lol)!

I have been sitting on the gel and memory foam cushion for a week now and can say it's a great cushion as it gives the support and comfort I was looking for. I view it as an aid for my sciatica problem. I would definitely recommend this cushion.

There were some reviews saying that what they got wasn't what was advertised. Mine is fine. No synthetic smell to it, either. I find it comfortable; I'm using a hard wooden chair for work at the moment, and my butt ain't as well padded as it used to be. Well, maybe the padding is still there, but it's floppier and shifts around more, and hard seats aren't great for 8 hours a day. Anyway, I researched and read hundreds of reviews before finally buying this one. While the contours take some getting used to, I find that it does help me sit straighter, it protects my bones from the hard chair, and it keeps me from pushing forward too much on the seat. I don't experience coccyx pain, so I didn't need the cutout in the back, but I rather like the relief of pressure there. Turns out it feels better! I've been using it for 2 days now, and I find it a little hard in the first few seconds, but then it quickly softens to mold around my body. I have not found that it flattens out over hours, as some have said. I'm 5'8", about 130 pounds, so I'm not putting a lot of stress on it. It's a little less deep than I expected, and I was at first a little concerned about that, but the depth is actually fine. It's plenty wide enough to cover the chair easily, and I don't have any trouble with parts of me splooshing over. I don't find that it gets hot or that I get sweaty, but that's not usually much of a problem for me anyway. I'm more likely to run cold than hot. Although I haven't used it in the car, it's small enough and easy enough to carry that it should be quite portable. I haven't taken the cover off; I'll update this review should I need to in the future. I'm happy with my purchase.

Gave it a three for being well made and packaged. Purchased on reading reviews after trying others and disappointed that were less expensive. Thought Id give the more expensive one a try aware how many purchased. Very disappointed. No immediate relief of back pain, caused pain in buttocks and legs when I am already experiencing enough pain in my lower back and left leg from lower back flareup (possible sciatica). More expensive not always the answer. I did like the fact they gave a lifetime warranty if registered within 14 days of receipt. But in my personal opinion not worth the money, theyre all the same except for a few copying one another and claiming the same results. Ill keep looking. Did purchase another one less money but received wrong item on hold to be returned but was cheaper and actually gave better results and great in the car or sitting on chair for a while. May wind up keeping.. Purchasing and returning getting to be a hassle when its hard to get around. Looks arent everything. Also, this seat cushion is thick raising your legs so if using by a desk will have to adjust chair for legs to fit. Not impressed. Sent back.

I frequently travel 800 miles without stopping as much as I should. This seat cushions my right side, making the trip bearable. But like the doctor says, if I don’t take care of my back, it won’t take care of me. I take a few more stops. Value - great, reduces pain. Softness - great; it is firm with some compression of gel. Thickness - maybe a bit thick; I am tall, so it is an adjustment to be up so high, but it takes care of the pain.

The Pillow is very comfortable, I highly advice it. Whilst ordering I had some troubles with the invoice. The company replied in very few hours, and they were able to solve my problem in a very short time.

Absolutely worth it!

Seat cushion provide good support for long hours of use & relieves tailbone pain. A bit pricey though.
