These pans are very sturdy. I am glad I bought them. The instructions state to season them in the oven with butter. We used grape seed oil like we do for other pans like this. They came out fine. I baked cranberry muffins. I did use the larger cup cake paper that I purchased at the same time. EVERYONE loved the results. I love my pans.

It seemed weird to have to season a pan that isn’t cast iron but I did it. We use the pan for eggs for bacon/egg/cheese sandwiches and my old muffin tins always ended up with egg stuck in spite of greasing the pans. This pan definitely lives up to its rating. Eggs were perfect and nothing stuck. We did butter the pan before use as suggested. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly, we didn't rea;;y think about our muffin pans until we bought these. Oh my, what an upgrade! We have both this size and the jumbo size (extra deep) muffin pans from Monfish. The heavy weight and finish on these muffin pans are exceptional. Because of their weight and ceramic coating, they heat so evenly without ever burning. Because we always use parchment liners, clean-up is a breeze. We followed the seasoning instructions, which were really a non-issue. We can see how careless handling could chip the ceramic coating, which means that we'll be mindful of it in order to have these pans forever; they're that good. Worth the cost. As an aside, we have fry pans with a similar ceramic coating with the same exceptional performance level. This hard ceramic surface is truly non-stick without polluting your food like Teflon or off-brand coated cookware. With silicone utensils, zero scratches.

'Don't know why it took so long for me to add a muffin sized tin to my baking supplies. I'm glad I chose this one. The construction is really solid and heavier than I'd expected- a good thing. Goods bake evenly and best of all is the finish that easily releases any type of baked food and cleans up in a snap, to boot! My most frequent use of the pan is for meal prep - crustless mini quiches, layered meatloaf/veggie/mashed potato pies, variations of meat/egg/ cheese breakfast bites for example. It helps me with portion control and allows for frozen meals of a size that can be quickly thawed. I think I need a second pan!

These appear to be excellent in their sturdiness and potential for baking great muffins, or a variety of things. They remind me of the old fashioned pans my grandmother had years ago.

These are absolutely beautiful tins, non-toxic and feel durable. Fits on rack of Nuwave Bravo Pro XL perfectly. Confident these will perform excellently. They are heavy and thick, will definitely hold heat well!

This muffin pan is heavier than expected and it was very non-stick. I was surprised however that the pan must be prepared before first use - put in the oven and other instructions which I've never seen before except for cast iron cookware.

This tray produces very large muffins and cupcakes perfectly. Its non-stick coating is attractive and works quite well, and with a boost from a non-stick cooking spray with flour, there is no need for paper or foil liners - just turn it over and the muffins simply drop out. The tray cleans easily with no scouring needed. Worth every penny!
