Over the years (decades) I've had quite a few of these. This is so far, the best one (just received and used it for a few days). Most oil burners have ridiculously small bowls for the fluid and the distance between the bottom of the bowl and flame are too close. That's fine for wax but not for oils. The key to 'burning' essential oils is simply heating them, not boiling them. Getting them too hot can ruin the surface of the bowl, destroy the integrity and scent of oils, along with them being flammable. I always trim the tealight wick to the level of the metal tin it's in to keep the flame from getting too close to the bottom belly of the bowl. In all of my previous burners, there would be cooked off residue from oil and water, but not in this one. I barely saw steam and yet, the scent literally filled the entire first floor of my home. Heavenly! There was still plenty of fluid left (nearly half) when the candle expired, leaving the option to light another if I wanted. Nice :). No more policing how much is in the bowl or risking adding more water so my oils don't burn and degrade. When using any burner, I fill with water (leaving a little bit of room at the top to avoid spillage or over filling) and then add several drops of whatever scent(s) I want. With EVERY burner I've used, the fluid is gone before the candle is out. Not this one. There is no risk of losing the integrity or scent of your expensive oils. The little pot that holds the tealight is genius. The pot itself has a little lip that holds the candle securely and there's also a slight groove where that pot sits in the burner that centers it under the bowl. Nice touch! I do like the fact it's all one piece, not a separate bowl that sits on top that doesn't set right or have to fuss to line up. I cannot comment on durability since I've not had it long enough, but if it ends up being so, I'm definitely getting another for myself and as gifts!! Summed up: I LOVE everything about this. The depth of the bowl and size of the burner. It looks attractive and fits in with my decor. The distance between candle and bowl are perfect. The product is well thought out. Great value! Currently, if I could give 10 stars I would. Ps. Sorry for the lengthy and repetitive review but hopefully this helps someone who is looking for the same attributes I was.

Perfect. It actually does what it was designed to do and looks good at the same time. Bought the two pack to have one at home and one for camping. Camping - the lavender, rosemary and a couple other essential oils work great for keeping the mosquitoes away. Anyway this product is perfect. Just be careful touching it while burning a candle, it gets really hot to the touch.

These are great. The little trays used to hold the tea lights are wonderful. They keep you from burning your fingers and make it much easier to place into the opening. Very compact and look great.

Love these oil burners which I use wax cubes in and can add 3 cubes to it! It has a deeper dish to hold them like my others I have. Longer for the fragrance to come through, love the front of it which gives a nice glow! I have others where the bowl itself is not as deep! So when buying you need to check the depth of bowl if you want more cubes or oil. This one is 4 inches high not big just the right size. Made of a heavy ceramic which is sturdy!

Great product. Important to point out that it comes with the little white candle holder slider which makes it so convenient. They have versions of this product at walmart but it does not come with the white candle holder slider.

I wanted a non-electric wax melt burner that was a little sophisticated (or not tacky), and with a good-sized cup. I'm glad I took a chance on this inexpensive burner on Prime Day. I had it lit for almost 7 hours today, using a high quality soy tealight and 3 cubes of high quality soy fragrance melts. The fragrance cubes melted quickly, and the cup easily held 3 cubes with ample room to spare. I was able to carefully move it to a different room without burning myself on the exterior of the burner (I emphasize "carefully"). After use, I let it cool completely, and then put it in the freezer, as I've found this to be the best way to remove the hardened wax from a burner cup. After about 20 minutes in the freezer, and minimal effort, I was able to pop the spent wax into the rubbish in one piece. (If you do this, make sure to also let the burner come back to room temp before using it again). The little tea light spoon is very cute, but I'm not sure it's necessary, and I would have preferred if the tea light spoon was black. It was packaged strangely for shipping, just a shipping label slapped on the nice (very giftable) manufacturer box, with no outer protective Amazon packaging, and not even taped or sealed closed (just the "push tab" closure on the giftable box). I can't rate durability, only having used it once. (I will update the review if it spontaneously fails on its own in some way). Overall, I'm quite pleased, especially given the low price. 4-1/2 stars.

So far, so good. I burn candles for hours and they've held up to the rate limit. Also they're not bad looking!
