Over the years I've tried many different hand held steamers and have always found them to be less than impressive. I just opened this one and found it intuitive to use and surprisingly effective at removing wrinkles quickly. I have black out curtains hanging for the last 10 months that are wrinkled from the packaging. I don't own an iron or ironing board and don't want one, lol. So, I tried this on one panel and voila! The wrinkles are gone, as seen in photo. Panel on left took about 10 minutes to steam out. Right panel is shown for contrast. Cons are that the unit is somewhat heavy and my arm needs a rest after 10 minutes of use (that may be more of a comment on my physical fitness than the heft of the steamer) and that it's so effective in steaming that I burned my left hand a little stretching out the curtain to steam it. (That may be why the instructions advise not to wear the garment while you steam it, lol) I don't think this item is very portable for traveling due to its weight and no dedicated carrying bag. All in all, a good purchase and I hope it lasts a long time.

I have never had a steamer and decided I needed one. I am so impressed with this steamer! It gets wrinkles out so well. It gets really hot, so need to use caution not to burn yourself when moving the fabric. My only issue that could be better is the water tank doesn't last the 18 mins it says if you have a real wrinkled project. I had to fill it 4-5 times for some new drapes I had to steam...but it did a GREAT job. I recommend this steamer 100%.

Easy to use and works great for dance costumes. Small and easy to hold. Small refillable tank does require refills if using for multiple items and can get heavy after extended use but a great Steemer.

Can the vendor please help me? My Steamer gets hot but there is no steam!

I had a $12 steamer before this Electrolux and it was superior in every way except that it developed an electrical short. I thought a higher quality steamer would be a good idea. This Electrolux has 2 steam settings but neither are better than the inexpensive steamer. It came with a several attachments that don’t seem helpful and just take up space. It came with a ‘keepsake’ box which is just silly and wasteful - who needs a dumb paperboard box to store in their closet? It has a locking trigger so you don’t get tired of holding it down however the lock is loose and slides down all the time making it a pain to turn off the steam (design flaw). It does have a nice long cord with Velcro cord tie. But what makes me write this review today is that the steam trigger has started sticking making it very hard to turn off the steam. The trigger gets stuck depressed and doesn’t pop back out when you let off. It’s not easy to get the trigger pulled back out. So this disappointing and now extremely frustrating streamer that I hoped would be nice and worth the high price is going straight into the trash after 13 months of use. Not a quality product. Do not recommend!

Best steamer for your clothes

Quality is very good. It's heavy to hold in hand if you're using for more than 1 piece of clothing. Gets hot quickly and steams well. Easy to use if you follow the instructions. Highest steam setting finishes water quickly. Thats the only setting I use. It's too big for travel usage for vacations. I gave it a 5 star rating because of quality of material and it works.

I love that I can use this garment steamer at home and that it’s small enough to travel with also! It’s lightweight, easy to hold and use. It does a great job of making my husband's business clothes presentable. It removes all the wrinkles and his outfit looks pristine. Sometimes in the mornings he can be in such a rush, thankfully the steamer heats up in under 25 seconds. One tank of water will provide steam continuously for nearly 18 minutes. It works on all fabrics: cotton, wool, polyester, plush, silk, nylon, and linen. It can be used on other items like curtains, whatever you deem necessary!

Wasnt working , the steam comes out from everywhere.. requsted a return a month ago and no response !

Fantastic steamer! I hardly use my iron anymore. Heats up quickly, easy to use. Not too heavy when full.

Hemos tenido varios modelos de planchas de vapor y esta es la que nos parece la mejor. Hay que rellenar el depósito de agua cada dos o tres prendas pero fuera de eso es excelente. Recomendada.

Firstly the plug needs an adaptor which you need to buy separately . Took it out of the box and it won’t even turn on. I even tried to contact their head offices . Very unhelpful . Waste of time. Do your self the due diligence and go with a company that has the correct plug and are reliable.
