Acne cleared up over night
I use this as a balance for my hair skin and nails vitamin with biotin (B7). I read that Pantothenic Acid (B5) helps to balance acne if there is an excess to B7 and it worked almost immediately. I bought this one specifically because its a lower dose and can adjust how much I need depending on my acne.

It does what it says it does
When my doctor told me my lab report was A-ok except cholesterol was higher than he thought it should be, I told him "That can be fixed without pharmaceuticals." I took this product + niacin for the next 2 weeks when he took the labs again. He was amazed that cholesterol levels were as desired and asked, "How did you do that?" I told him; he was so excited, he called in the PA to show the lab reports. I thanked him for believing me and he said, "I don't need to believe you; you showed me the numbers!" Good job, Solaray!
