Follow the directions! Do not eat after midnight the night before the test. Do not eat anything before drinking this! Drink this abt 2 hrs before test. Wait 15 minutes, then fill it up with water and drink all of it! Keep drinking water until the test. Pee at least 7 times before test! Then, you'll be free and clear! This has worked for me, several times!

Did not work. Consumption of about 2 - 3 bowls a night. Abstained for an entire week, Drank water and cranberry juice all week. Failed.
