I picked up baking as a new hobby last year and this was my first yeast. It is almost 1 year. I've stored it in fridge. Used it yesterday. It is still active and good. Gives very good rise. I'm not sure if any other yeast would give different smell or taste. But I'm satisfied with this product.

Expiry product
Expired product. Machine-printed, expiration date on the product's packaging has been deliberately covered and altered with a new date printed on a sticker. Not at all effictive for good backing. Total waste of money.
