One of the best purchases I’ve made in the past decade is my KitchenAid stand mixer. Unfortunately, during my move to a newer and far more fabulous apartment, I somehow left the whisk, dough hook, and paddle attachment behind. Being entirely too cheap to pay KitchenAid prices for replacements, I grabbed this set instead — and honestly, I have zero regrets. They fit perfectly, they function exactly the way they should, and that dough hook continues to amaze me every single time. The doughs I’ve made? Iconic. My cinnamon rolls stay moister than Cardi B’s WAP, my dinner rolls come out soft and pillowy, and my brioche buns bring all the boys to the yard. Don’t sleep on being cheap. Absolute junk, stay away. I thought this was KitchenAid brand but must have clicked on the cheap knockoff by mistake. They don't fit the mixer, and the white enamel chipped off the paddle beater in its first use. Will be returning this and buying the KitchenAid ones.
