Hyaluronic acid is great for joint health and skin health. Been using it for 40 years. When you start taking it, give it time to get into your system. Takes a few weeks.

Worked quicker than expected. In the past I would have to take for a couple weeks to notice results (used to buy OsteoBiflex and Target generic brand). This stuff I did within a couple days (but note, thats NOT a usual result for ANY brand....read accredited literature to build a realistic expectation, you need to take glucosamine for a Couple Weeks before you should expect to see any results). And everybody is different, speed of results vary, as do each persons condition who’s taking it. Shellfish free is awesome, does not give stomach pains like the shellfish kind. To comment on some others reviews... are the pills large, yes they are. But let’s be honest, they are no harder to swallow than anything else unless your psyching yourself out about it, so don’t let any of that scare you. Do not be concerned. Do they have an unpleasant smell, yeah they do. Again let’s be honest, it’s not that bad...did you buy the pills to smell them or to swallow them? I would definitely buy these again. Just an update: I’ve bought this a couple more times and have had consistent good experience

Great product! Very satisfied with.

I’ve been taking these for a couple years and it does work. Not a miracle but I see some improvement in my knee sensitivity. The cracking noises even I squat are much less than before. I also like that it has HA and msm. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the size. Some must have super tiny throats because I have no problem with them. In order to get the right amount per serving they probably have to be this size. I’m not sure why people are deducting stars for that. If you want smaller ones with a lower amount per serving then there are other options. I sometimes take all 3 capsules at once- yes it’s a bigger than average pill but you can also cut it in half if it’s too large. Do you want less of the product in the pill?

Not the best results

I have two degenerative disks in my neck and minor joint ailments. This product has helped considerably. The pain in my neck has gone away completely and the creaking in my neck has diminished substantially. My minor joint issues have gone away. As common with this type of product, it took a few weeks for efficacy (the product to work in full). I am alternating between 1 and 2 pills per day right now. For me, three pills didn't seem to provide additional relief for my condition (everybody's condition and response is different). Some folks complained about upset stomach, which of course is possible according to research for glucosamine. According to what I read in the research, "most" of the time, the stomach condition will correct itself in a few weeks. That said, follow your doctors recommendations. Since I am allergic to seafood/shellfish, this product is incredibly important to me. There are less expensive brands if you do not have such an allergy, but this is the definitely best I have found for my allergy. Yes, the pill is big. The measurements are approximately 7/8" long and 3/8" width. If a large pill is the biggest problem you have in life, you are doing pretty darn good. Break the sucker in half if you must. It is certainly big enough to break. But I just swallow it down without complaint, but I feel incredibly healthier when taking this supplement.

Helps with joint discomfort but be prepared to take a huge pill. I cut it into but ended up with sharp edges.

I have had constant knee pain for years. I am an avid cyclist and usually cycle for about 100kms a week. These tablets significantly reduced my joint pain. Just bear in mind that they are strong tables and you need to take it after meals. Taking it on an empty stomach will make you uncomfortable. Although the recommended dosage is 3 times daily, I was only taking 1 a day after lunch.
