Good price and solid product. Excellent addition to first-aid kit.
The neat thing here is that when you get 6, you can open one up and practice with it or demonstrate how to use it. so that during an emergency, you're not trying to read fine-print directions. I don't believe there's anything magical or special about items like this. They're meant to put pressure on a wound. You are responsible for using it correctly (and hopefully having appropriate supporting material like gauze, antiseptic, etc.) These units are easy to use, offer appropriate (and adjustable) amounts of tension, and are long enough to use even on large areas.

Put into my emergency first kit
Looks like a good quality product. Won't know until I have a situation to use them.

Important item for First Aid kits.
Important item for all First Aid kits. Hopefully you’ll never need it, but if you do it could save a life.

Good enough, good value
This is good value, but I wish that the clip was not super cheap plastic, and I would prefer to have the elastic with more elasticity. In a pinch this is still an effective product, as the clip is not a necessity when compression is the goal. Pull it tight and secure it another way if needed.

This bandage in concert with a little more resources & training can save lives. HIGHLY Recommended.
The Israeli bandage is a must have for real first aid to dress open wounds or aid in controlling bleeding. An IFAK isn't an IFAK without it. This bandage is a well known combat dressing, but there is a small learning curve. Therefore, I recommend actually using one; consider an extra for training purposes just to familiarize yourself with it before you NEED one. On a separate note, I would recommend seeking additional training through the Stop The Bleed program if you can. Israeli bandages, a dedicated tourniquet, some packing, and a little training will go about as far as normal humans can to control bleeding without higher levels of medical training and equipment. HIGHLY Recommended.
