Very good knive. I have yet to sharpen it, so it's not so sharp any longer but it is still much better then my previous one. I like it for cutting sushis. I bought a stone to sharpen it, so I guess it will cut much better after sharpening. I thought the handle would get dirty quickly but it is easy to clean and remain clean looking.

Good knife for vegetables cut. Good price. Fast delivery. However it’s not so good when I use to cut the sashimi. Return to buy knife without holes. Customer service is great.

Low quality still, handle without finish, after one time of use absorbed smell of fish and now stinks. Cheap utility knife works better. Overpriced.
