I'm usually only one to write negative reviews. I feel like negative views are always the most honest. I hardly ever write a positive review it has to be exceptionally outstanding in order for me to write a review. So as you can see I am writing a review. This product exceeds exceptionally outstanding quality! You will not be disappointed. These spoons are well-made you can scoop out frozen ice cream you will never bend these spoons. They are very heavy duty and they are very good in their weight. I would have weighed each spoon with my ounce scale but it's night time as I'm writing this and I can't find my scale. I may update if I decide to weigh them. This will be my third purchase of these spoons because I never want to run out of them. They are extremely high quality. They hold approximately 2 heaping tablespoons worth of food so you get a very good portion with each scoop. Great for Soups, ice cream, rice or whatever else you eat with your spoons. They are very easy to clean. They keep their shine as well. Cleaning is a breeze even if the food was caked on for months even if it was caked on with flour it washes off effortlessly.

I read the reviews on the set of 8 spoons prior to purchase and decided to gamble and get them anyway so I can judge them for myself. The spoons arrived in a plastic ziplock type bag with a sticker that stated it was "Made in China". The spoons aren't stamped with any logos or indicators to show where they were made though. The spoons I purchased was from a seller "Shirlock Homes". The spoons are thick and feel medium to heavy weight. They don't feel flimsy at all. I weighed it with my digital baking scale and the spoons averaged about 1.8oz or 52g each. The spoons hold roughly an ounce or 1.5 tablespoons of liquid. It's not as shallow as most other soup spoons. The spoons are long enough to sit properly in a 6" bowl or even an 8-9" diameter pho bowls with the spoon resting gently on the edge without falling in. However, these aren't designed with that bent end to prevent it from sliding into bowls. I prefer a spoon with more depth to hold broths, noodles, etc. and these fit the bill. The spoons I recieved did not have rough edges that another reviewer complained about. My only issue with these spoons is that they take on water spots easily. They don't stay shiny and spotless as they looked when they arrived. However, if you tend to handwash and use a dish cloth to wipe them afterwards, the water spots can be eliminated. I don't always do that and prefer to let things air dry so I'm going to have to live with the spots. It's why I took 1 star off. Otherwise, if you consume soups, noodle soups and porridge often, these spoons work really well.

Very nice and well made. They can go in the dishwasher and stay shiny on the hottest setting. Very comfortable to use. Very affordable. I was delightfully surprised

They are spoons and they do what a spoon needs to do. The spoons have a very graceful appearance like motion being frozen in time. Also finish of the surface is very good.

These spoons are very nice, very shiny and look good. However, two of the spoons had a rough or sharp edge. If I tried to fix them and it didn't turn out well and they got scratched up, I wouldn't be able to return them. Rather than have someone get cut or scratched, I decided to return them and will buy from a different seller, unfortunately.

If you like the style and weight that is depicted in the online pictures of these spoons, you will love them 'live'. A very high quality product. Strong, sturdy, great design, weight and excellent surface finish. I like the Asian design and the way they sit and feel in my hand. I wanted soup spoons, but couldn't even find any in all the usual stores. Finally, I found a specialty store but I didn't like the designs and the prices were ridiculously high. These are perfect for my needs, of impressive quality, and the price is lower than I would ever have expected. Get em!
