I’ve been taking these Inositol capsules
I’ve been taking these Inositol capsules for a few weeks and already notice a difference in my daily wellness. They’re easy to swallow, and I love that they include Ashwagandha and Vitamin D in addition to the Myo & D-Chiro Inositol blend. I feel more balanced and have better energy throughout the day. Definitely recommend!

My period has been irregular since I got both doses of the vaccine. Not here to argue that just stating it. I hadn’t gotten my period since September and since it had been a regular I mentioned it to a friend, she mentioned this product and within a week of taking it my hot flashes were gone my mood felt better I was sleeping better and I got my period. I am 45 years old and never had a irregular period until a year and a half ago. I highly recommend this product my brain fog is gone I’m no longer sweating in the middle of the night I am starting to feel like the old me. Was thinking about taking birth control and I’m glad that I tried this before. I am also sleeping like I am in high school! Try it!
