Wow, what a heater. Bought mine for the garage. Mounted it on a tripod so I can move it to where I need it. This heater is good, real good. It’s not often that I turn down heaters but this one is mega efficient so no need to have it full blast and I’m only burning 1200w at the worst.

Pro Great heat, Easily installation Con Bracket is useless if you wish to angle the heater. It just points down. Wing nuts not sufficient .might swap out with nut/bolt. Remote , only way to turn on/off turn up/ down heat Otherwise it's a great heater. Haven't had heavy rain so can't comment on the IP rating. Haven't connected to WiFi as heater is out of range Overall happy . Got a used reasonable conditional model. Other than open packaging and small mark it looks brand new

I ORDERED TWO OF THESE FOR MY PATIO. STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX THE FIRST ONE HAD A FAULTY REMOTE CONTROL. NOTE THAT THE MAIN HEATER UNITS DONOT HAVE ANY SWITCH TO TURN THEM ON OR OFF OR CHANGE TEMPERATURES. SO THE REMOTES ARE THE ONLY WAY TO CONTROL THESE. THE EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF THE REMOTES MAKES ME CERTAIN THAT I WILL HAVE TO THROW AWAY THESE WHEN THE REMAINING WORKING REMOTE FROM THE SECOND SET STOPS WORKING. THERE IS MISLEADING DESCRIPTION THAT AN APP CALLED SMARTLIFE CAN BE DOWNLOADED AND MADE TO PAIR WITH THESE HEATERS AND ONE CAN CONTROL THE HEATERS THAT WAY. THAT IS NOT TRUE. THE HEATERS DONOT CONNECT TO THE APP AT ALL.! FINALLY THESE ARE MANUFACTURED WITH CONTINENTAL EUROPEAN PLUGS AND A BULKY ADAPTER IS ATTACHED WITH A LOW CAPACITY FUSE SO IT CAN CONNECT TO UK SOCKETS. WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF CONNECTING THE FUSES BLEW UP. HAD TO GET AN ELECTRICIAN TO CHANGE THE PUGS AT EXTRA COSTS FIT INTO UK SOCKETS, WITH NEW 13 AMP FUSES INSIDE. I CONTACTED THE SELLERS "ENERGY SAVING BULB/PRODUCTS" FOR A REPLACEMENT REMOTE CONTROLLE. SO FAR THY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. DO NOT BUY THESE!

Easy to install and simple to use. Creates lot of heat. Glad I purchased.

This item is useless. I made the review 5 stars so it will be read. The heater has no switches on the main heater, so if you break or mislay the remote, the unit is unless. So do yourself a favour don’t buy this item, all your family will need to have the app, and it’s not that easy to set up so I gave it amiss. The remote is very cheaply made. RUBBISH DON’D BUY IT….
