I bought this product for my son-in-law, who does a lot of meat smoking. He finds they cut through cartilage and bone better than any he’s used in the past.

Great kitchen scissors. Do need to practice cutting with them as the blades are toward the the tip and other functions closer to the hinge. They do not come apart to be washed as separate pieces.

Well packaged, durable and weighted for easy use

It's not as good as a cheaper better quality home depot shears. It's good looking, so I use for light pruning but it sucked to butcher quail.

They are a little too big for my wife's hands

... and work pretty good.

This is a BIG tool. I expected as a poultry cutter that the blade would be sharper than a standard kitchen scissors, but it doesn't seem to be. Sometimes I just revert to the standard scissor and it works better because it's smaller. Perhaps I'm holding it incorrectly, so I will persevere. However, considering all the glowing reviews I read, this did not meet my expectations. If I had kept the original packaging I would probably have returned it. But the reviews were so glowing...

I use them in the kitchen for anything you can think of. I was not please to see they were made in China. We should be making more of our own in Canada 🇨🇦.

These are gorgeous, but not my favourite poultry shears. They're sharp enough, but the hinge is stiff and I have to use a lot of pressure to cut with them.
