Works great. Still going a few weeks later.
Bolt on option for the idiots who broke the original, like me. Just make sure your shaft is the right size for the switch you get.

The contacts are cheap and wear out fast and the springs are not strong enough

At first I was happy to find what I thought was an exact replacement switch but upon first glance I noticed there were far fewer weights to help engage the switch than the original. I installed it anyway and sure enough it could barely shut down the start winding. So it kept engaging and could damage the motor. Pretty lame just to save a few pennies of steel they skimped on the weights. Once I tack welded some added weights from the old one it worked ok. Very disappointed on another cheap company.
