I am SO glad I came upon these! I have been an early riser pretty much all my teen & adult life! (like 4 am/5-7 days a week)!!! Knocks me out with just one gummy. It’s a bit sweet but makes it easier to digest. My eyes start to feel heavy around 20 minutes and by then I would’ve been asleep. I highly recommend for people who experience a lot of thoughts racing through their head while trying to go to sleep.
