I need to take four gummies to get a good 4 hours. They make you rest well. The flavor is not good. Probably will not reorder because of that.

Works well, maybe too well, I took the recommended dose and I guess I didn’t sleep long enough ( less than 7 hours), so was super groggy all day. Tastes horrible, I’m talking about forcing myself to even think about taking one, and so sweet and sticky, that it seriously hurts my newly damaged teeth enamel. Also, the strangest thing happened the first night I tried it - I had a nightmare for the first time in years, and I’ve been having weird and sometimes scary dreams every night I take those gummies. I’ve skimmed through reviews and didn’t see anything about the nightmares, and it might be just a coincidence, but I’m going to fork out more money for a different brand just in case.

Going to give it a 4 because it's probably a good for many. I take same brand with chamomile, works pretty well. I was looking for a higher dose of melatonin, so went with this without researching the ashwagandha. Apparently for some people it acts like a stimulant. That would be me. Lol. It also interacts with the thyroid, so if you have thyroid issues, I'd try it on a day when you can go without sleep to test. I would not have gotten this had I looked it up. Anyway. Good luck!
