THE ITEM The recommended size for my body weight was a double size, however this sold out. my bed is a king and adult can add an extra few pounds but i went for the king even though i was slightly worried. the item came 4 days early and came packaged nicely and came in a white bag with handles. The colour is the super cute like the picture and it is soft and good quality. It is really heavy so i feel like its an arm workout every time i pick it up and move it but thats expected. It is hard to lift but its easier to drag but its not that bag of a deal since the weight is the point of the product. THE EXPERIENCE so when i first laid under the blanket it was such a strange (in a good way) experience. The weight was nice and relaxing and it felt really good on my body. I have slept with it on top of me and on top of my quilt too. Surprisingly, it doesn't get too warm and stuffy just under the blanket so its fine during the hot summer. I feel like i get use to the weight, but i do feel it helps calm my body and anxiety. It can get quite annoying when i wake up and i wanna take it off so i just end up kicking it to the bottom of my bed. The beads are unnoticeable and they evenly fit to your body shape. MY WORRY i was worried if this was dangerous to sleep with but i think it may just be unsafe for young children. please do your research. The description also says they are made from micro-beads made from glass so i was scared to sit on the blanket and break the glass/damage but i think the beads are too small to break. OVERALL I feel like this is a great blanket to ease anxiety and maybe relax you at night time. as some blankets are like £100 this is worth the money and hopefully it lasts.

I suffer from crippling anxiety from my CPTSD and struggle terribly with sleep. I always feel exposed in a way even when under my duvet. I’ve had a weighted blanket before but not as heavy as this one. I’ve had it for 24 hours and it made a HUGE difference in my sleep quality immediately. My body is usually crawling with anxiety like tv static. This blanket has significantly reduced that feeling. Thank God! I have it on my bed under my duvet so I’m under both. I plan to, on very bad days, fold it in half for even more weight on the top half of my body. I also feel this blanket would benefit those with restless legs. The material is soft and of good quality. I highly recommend if you suffer from any kind of anxiety or sleep issues.

So I finally got a weighted blanket after years of wanting one but finding them expensive. However I looked on the Amazon Black Friday sale and managed to get this one for under £16, bargain. The delivery was really speedy and well packaged on arrival. Now down to the blanket, so it definitely feels heavy, I’m just glad I didn’t go for the heaviest size I feel the 6kg one is just right for me. The material is very soft and nicely stitched and well made and i absolutely adore the plush pink colour! The blanket is a little on the thin side but it just about keeps me warm. I haven’t tried to use it at nighttime for bed yet so time will tell if it improves my anxiety and sleep, but I really do hope it helps. So why did I take a star off? Well the product is very well made, soft and a great weight however I do wish I went for a bigger size as it doesn’t cover me properly so my feet stick out the end, doesn’t help with the fact I’m tall. But overall this blanket is well worth the money, and the delivery was very speedy also so I really recommend this product. Thank you.

This is a lovely soft blanket ideally weighted with adequate filling for the person it was intended. Soft to touch, durable, and great value for money. Would highly recommend. I got the single size which was more than adequate.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this 8kg weighted blanket has honestly made a big difference in my sleep. The weight is calming and evenly distributed, giving that cozy “hugged” feeling that helps me wind down and fall asleep faster. I’ve also noticed I wake up less during the night. The fabric is soft and feels nice against the skin, and the stitching is solid—no shifting or clumping of the filling so far. It’s a great size for one person, covering just enough without spilling over too much. A couple things to keep in mind: it can get pretty warm during the summer months, so you might want to switch it out or use it with a fan or lighter bedding. Also, if it bunches up or folds over itself, the weight can feel a bit much—definitely better spread out flat. Overall, still a 5-star product for me. It’s super comforting and well-made, just be mindful of the season and how it’s positioned on the bed. Totally recommend if you struggle with restlessness or just like feeling snug at night.

Excellent weighted blanket, very comfy and highly recommended!! Only downside is trying to get the teenager out of bed in the morning!

This weighted blanket is amazing, it really helps with my sleep problems. Purchased 3 by mistake somehow so gave 2 as gifts for Xmas and other 2 were loved.

Nice and soft. The size is perfect for relaxing and reading on the couch. This is my second weighted blanket and by far my favorite of the two. I chose an 8 pound blanket, I’m 120 pounds with a small frame. I find this to be much more calming than my previous 12 pound, which felt a bit crushing. The light grey color is also soothing. I’m using it as I write this review, hence, no exclamation points ;)

8kg sind für mich nicht zu schwer bei 70kg Körpergewicht. Ich hätte es sogar noch gerne etwas schwerer. Aber es passt gut, Material ist super schön weich und alles sauber verarbeitet. Ich bin zufrieden. Wie eine Umarmung fühlt es sich aber nicht an. :D

Ich hatte schon 2 andere Gewichtsdecken, diese hier habe ich behalten. Sehr gute Verteilung, habe mir einen Bezug drum gemacht, da man die Decke nicht waschen kann. Schlafen tue ich selten damit, aber sie beruhigt mich bei Panik.
