Good, but personally not worth the price tag
I bought this along side the other side(10392738, this is the other part number) they sound good, I personally dont think it was worth spending the 70-80 dollars I did spend on each side considering the fact I could buy aftermarket cheaper, I guess I was kinda expecting better

$100 plus from the dealer....
This speaker was $100 plus from a GM dealer. We ordered this one and it arrived in great shape. Fit and electrical connections were just as the factory one. Works just like original. Would buy from this vendor again!
