Seeing almost no loose hairs anymore when washing during shower after second month. Saw slight improvement withing a few weeks, but now on third month. Hair is healthier and not falling like before. Not sure about new growth, but this has definitely slowed the shedding. Maybe after another month I'll see growth.

My hair was getting so thin and this stuff along with Hair Skin and Nails vitamin made my hair grow long and full! I told others about it and they have called to thank me for the difference it has made for them. This is the second bottle I bought. The first one was over a year ago and even though I hadn’t taken it in so long my hair is still full. I highly recommend.

I regret the money I've spent on 3 bottles. Finished them and have noticed no results with hair or nails. None. Gave it some time because I know hair and nails have growth cycles. Sorry I believed the hype.
