Superb cheese cutter if you are dealing with cutting large wheels, hard cheeses into nice looking wedges without the noses falling off or soft cheeses without them crumbling. Only reason for dropping down to 4 is a cleaning issue. Where the handle comes back down to clip on to the edge of the board, there are hard to get cheese remnants stuck in the groove where the wire sits just in front of the handle. Not impossible to get out but could be designed slightly better to avoid this or invent a tool that exactly fits that curved slot!

It arrived I took it out the box and due to my counter top being textured I changed the suction cups for the rubber ends BIG mistake, I carefully changed them not using too much force and not tightening them to much and as you can see cracks down the side of the fittings, on closure inspection I then noticed hairline cracks on more than two parts of the board..... cant see this lasting to long as it's already damages and it's yet to be actually used. Very disappointing for the price paid
