I received my product ( traction machine).. Product is good... But it was very late to reach..

Traction machine defective.
Very long delivery time around 2 weeks. Any communication with the manufacturer had no reply. There was no manual for assembly. No manufacturer contact number. thank god YouTube video was given (Though incomplete). Even after all that traction Machine is defective. Thanks to amazon that productcan be returned.
