This was a lifesaver for frozen shoulder. I’m talking from having such pain that almost made me pass out to nearly gone overnight after using this. It’s well made. Heavy enough that it stays put, but not so heavy that it causes pain. The magnetic closure is great. I don’t have to worry about holding on to this. The cover is velvety. The cord is super long, so I was able to comfortably sit where I needed without having to get an extension cord. I’m a rotund person (5’1”/225 pounds), and it wrapped around my shoulders just fine. The three temperature settings are great. It’s not the usual “so low you can’t feel it” to “so hot I’m burning my skin.” There are three honest to goodness settings that are both effective and don’t burn you. Can’t say enough good things about this product.

It's larger than most reaching a bit beyond my shoulders & completely covering my upper chest. The weight adds to the comfort & that plus the magnetic closure, keeps it snug & in place. Feels great lying across my knees too. It's very soft & reversible - light gray on one side & darker gray on the other. Oddly, when I first tried to use it, it wouldn't turn on. Ten minutes later, it did & has been fine since. I compared a dozen of these & feel my choice is perfect!

I have constant neck and shoulder pain from severe cervical stenosis. This neck and shoulder heating pad is perfect! It's weighted, so the heat covers all areas where the heating pad lies. Before I purchased it I read a lot of reviews and saw so many people saying that it didn't get warm enough. The low setting is a little too low for my pain, but the medium setting is perfect. I tried it on the high setting and it is too hot for my comfort. Maybe the people who said it didn't get hot enough are wearing bulky clothing and not getting the full affect, because it gets very hot. The heating pad is comfortable, just the right size for me, and is so soft to the touch. I wear a medium top, but I think this will also fit someone who wears a large top perfectly. This heating pad is well worth the money I paid and I think the price is very reasonable. And you can use it for dry heat or moist heat. LOVE IT!!

I used this heating pad A LOT, and loved it for what it was. It worked well, it heated quickly, it provided decent pain relief when I needed it, it wraps up into a decent size to be stored, and it sits comfortably on your neck but is flexible enough that it can be used in different areas too. 4 stars because yesterday I tried to turn it on and it no longer works. I did occasionally use the 2-hour auto shutoff feature and I think leaving it on for long periods of time may have effected its longevity.

I bought 3 brands to compare and this one (zxu) is the winner. Better weighting design in the hem. They are same size, but this one Feels bigger- probably because of the better-weighted edges. Magnetic closure is surprisingly strong and sturdy, and best of all fuss-free compared to snaps. I compared highest heat settings simultaneously side by side and the heat level was the same. But this one has heating elements designed to heat a little higher up on the neck. Because of the better weighting design, it hugs my neck better, too.

FINAL REVIEW I bought one of these in 2022, it broke in 2023. I bought one of these in 2023, it broke in 2024... Meanwhile in my closet, I had a "pure" brand neck heating pad made by another company and I got it in 2019 and used it YEARS before I got this one in 2022... Plugged the one from the other brand in and guess what, IT STILL WORKS. this is COMPLETELY unacceptable, DO NOT spend your money on this product. Worst thing I bought from Amazon. SECOND UPDATED REVIEW Don't do it. After checking reviews and videos, it won't last for two years. Mine just got the 3 blinking lights and a lot of people experienced this problem. It's good when it works but you turn to it because you need it and having it break down in a little over a year, when previous heating pads I've bought lasted forever, you might as well go with something else. ORIGINAL REVIEW It's good for the back of your neck but the side parts around the neck don't even heat up. BUT if you're looking for something for your shoulders and upper back, this is a good option.

Bought this for my 98 year dad. He loves it for the heating comfort it provides. I love that it does turn off automatically and he doesn't have to remember to turn it off. Unfortunately, this is the 5th one I've had to buy in less than 1 year. The last one I purchased in April, so 2 months later the blue lights start blinking and it stops heating. This seems to be the problem every single time. But dad loves this so much I continue purchasing it. I have gotten to where once one goes out, I purchase another to have on hand so when the next one goes out. I've tried to return it but told only 30 day return policy. It would be nice if I could purchase an extended warranty on this product.

The magnet that holds the front of this together is plenty strong. It heats up well all the way around and the power stays on for at least two hours before the auto shut off kicks in. If you’re wondering how hot the highest setting gets, it’s hot! In fact, if it were any hotter, I would have to use a lower setting. The power cord is also really long which is nice so you don’t have to be super close to an outlet. Both sides of the pad are a nice fuzzy soft material and it is weighted all the way around the edges which holds it in place. The neck collar it’s also plenty tall so it reaches all the way to the top of my neck. I would definitely recommend this heating pad! Happy with my purchase!
