Saviour for non period days
These are so helpful for days of spotting. After heavy flow days, during my gym sessions spotting use to happen and i use to get uncomfortable. But with these panty liners , workout becomes comfortable and clean. I even use it sometimes under my tights to avoid cameltoe. Packaging is so good. Easy to carry them in a handbag.
